How to do it
- Set one end of a barbell into a landmine sleeve or, lacking one, wedge it securely into a corner. Load the free end to an appropriate weight.
- Stand facing the loaded end with your feet shoulder width apart and bring it to your chest with both hands, elbows down. This will be your starting position.
- Press the bar up and away from you along the arc the anchored end allows, extending your arms. Keep your legs still and your torso upright.
- Lower the bar back to your chest under control, and repeat.
