Three things in one place: who owns what is on this site, what we do with information, and what you agree to by using physicalfeed.

PrivacyWhat we collect, why, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.

Last changed: 13 September 2026

physicalfeed.com puts training programmes into the calendar you already use. This page says what we collect, why, where it goes and how to have it deleted. It is written to be read.

If you are a coach

What we collect. Your email address, to send you a sign-in link; the name you choose for your page (name.physicalfeed.com); anything you add to your page on purpose — a short bio, links, a contact address for clients. We keep a record of when you signed in.

Your photo. Your photo, if you add one, appears on your page. Adding your own photos and video is part of a paid plan; the drawings and the house media are ours and cost nothing.

Why. To make your page, to sign you in without a password, and to send you the emails you asked for: the sign-in link, a note when someone subscribes, and a weekly count of active subscribers. Nothing else.

What clients see. Your page name and whatever you put on your page. We keep your sign-in email separate from your profile and do not reveal it. If you add your email to your page and publish it, it will be public.

If you are a client

What we collect. Almost nothing you type. When you add a coach's programme to your calendar we create a link that is yours alone; it has no name or email attached. If you use the session page to record a workout we store the numbers you enter — sets done, weights used, and a reason if you skipped — against that link. We record when your calendar last checked for updates, so your coach can see how many people are still training.

Your email address. To get your plan you enter your email address on your coach's page, and we mail you your link. We hold that address for two reasons: to send you the link, and — only if you tick the box that says so — to let your coach send you occasional mail about your training. Leave it unticked and they cannot. The address is your coach's lead, and your coach can see it.

What your coach sees. Your email address. Your coach can see that you subscribed and, on a paid plan, when you last trained and the weights you logged. That is not a setting you can turn off — your coach prescribed the plan, and seeing whether you trained is what the arrangement is. The one thing that is yours to decide is the box above: whether they may email you.

No free text. There is nowhere on physicalfeed to type a note, a message or a symptom, on purpose. If you need to talk to your coach, the page gives you their address and you write to them directly; we never see that message.

Your calendar

The programme reaches you as a calendar subscription. That means Apple, Google, Microsoft or whoever runs your calendar fetches it from us and stores a copy under their own privacy terms. Anyone who has your subscription link can read your events, so treat the link like a password and do not post it. The link a coach shares publicly is different and carries nothing about you.

Where it lives

Our systems run on Cloudflare's network, which stores data in more than one country. Email is sent through Resend. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots on our forms. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone else, and there are no ads.

Cards. We never see card numbers. We do not take payment yet; when we do, it will run through Stripe — the card is entered on Stripe's page and Stripe gives us a reference, not the number.

How long

Workout records are kept for twelve months and then deleted automatically. Everything else is kept while your page or subscription exists. Write to us and we delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@physicalfeed.com or by post at PO Box 51515, Toronto RPO The Beaches, ON, M4E 3V7. A coach can delete their page; a client can remove the calendar, which stops everything.

The small print

physicalfeed is made in Ontario, Canada, and this policy follows Canadian privacy law. It is for adults; do not use it if you are under 18. If we change this page we will change the date at the top of this section and say what changed.

TermsWhat physicalfeed is, what a coach agrees to, and what a client agrees to.

Last changed: 15 September 2026

physicalfeed delivers a coach's training programme as a calendar you subscribe to once. By creating a page or adding a programme to your calendar you agree to these terms.

What physicalfeed is, and is not

It is a way to put sessions on dates, with the prescription in the event. It is not medical advice, not a substitute for a professional, and not a promise about results. Training carries risk. Before you start, and especially if you have a condition or an injury, talk to someone qualified. Stop if something hurts. You decide what your body does; we do not.

Coaches

Your page is yours. You choose the name; names are first come, first served, and some are reserved. We can remove a page that breaks these terms, impersonates someone, or is used for spam.

Your programmes are yours, and so is the responsibility. You publish only what you are qualified to publish and you own what you say in it. Programmes from our own catalogue are ours; you may put them on your page as they are.

Your clients are yours. We give you what they chose to share and nothing more. If they tick the box that lets you email them, follow the law when you do. If they do not tick it, respect their choice and do not email them.

Your media. If you upload photos or video, you own them and keep the right to use the originals. We can take down anything that breaks these terms or the law. Tell us at hello@physicalfeed.com if something of yours is on someone else's page.

Free stays free. A free page, unlimited clients, and your name on every session. We may change what the free plan includes, with notice.

If you sell programmes. Selling is not switched on yet. When it is, sales will run on your own Stripe account: you will be the seller of record, physicalfeed will take nothing from the sale, and refunds, disputes and tax will be yours. The buyer's card will be handled by Stripe, and Stripe's own agreement will apply to your account.

Clients

Your subscription link is yours. Anyone with it can read your events, so do not post it. Removing the calendar ends the subscription; nothing else is needed. You can record what you did on the session page; you never have to.

Us

We keep the service running as well as we can, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and calendars update on their own schedule, not ours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from using physicalfeed or from following any programme on it. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months, which for a free plan is nothing.

Changing these terms

If we change them we will change the date at the top of this section and say what changed. Continuing to use physicalfeed after that means you accept the change.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Questions: hello@physicalfeed.com.
