You already have it, know how to use it, and it’s free.
Most plans live somewhere else — an app you forget, a PDF in your email. You don’t need more willpower. You need less friction.
No hunting for this week’s workout in an app you forgot about, a PDF in your email, or a message thread. It is in the event, on the day — movements, sets, reps, rest, and what you lifted last time. Basement gym, no bars, airplane mode: it is still there.
One tap on the link in the event opens your session page. Type the weights, mark it done, put the phone down — you are still standing at the rack. Next session shows you what you lifted, in the event itself. No second place to keep it.
Something came up. Tap Not today and pick one: your next training day, tomorrow, skip this one, or shift everything after. It shows in your calendar when it next refreshes. A missed day is a move, not a write-off — and nothing on this page keeps score.
No app, no account, nothing to install, nothing to log in to. Your training sits beside work and family in the one place you already look, not in a fifth place you have to remember to open. Done with it? Remove the calendar and it is gone.
What the link opens
Your prescription in full, last week’s weight already in the box, our drawing behind every play mark, and one button at the foot.
I stopped starting over.
It’s on the day now.
I open the day and the whole
session is written out.
Last week’s weight
is already there.
I moved Tuesday to
Thursday. Same plan.
No app. No account. My calendar.
It sits beside my meetings,
not in a PDF somewhere.
I can work out even
in airplane mode.
There’s a drawing of every
movement. No guessing.
Someone who knows wrote it.
I just show up.
I tap done. My coach knows.

Don’t think. Just follow the plan. Someone who knows what they are doing wrote it. Your only job on the day is the work in front of you.
A trainer has the education and the hours on the floor to build a programme around you — your history, your equipment, the week you actually have. They watch you move and correct what a calendar cannot see. They can change the plan when your body or your life changes.
physicalfeed works best with a professional trainer. If your trainer doesn’t have a physicalfeed, ask them why.
For TikTok or Instagram, save the image (square) and post it, or make a meme of it.

Sessions arrive on your calendar’s schedule. Google refreshes subscriptions when it feels like it, often 8–24 hours. Subscribe today, train tomorrow. Changes to a programme show up the same way.
Log on the link, not in the calendar. The calendar shows the session; the link in it is where you log. A calendar you subscribe to can’t be edited, which is also why yours stays tidy.
Android: add it from a desktop. Google Calendar’s phone app can’t add a calendar subscription. Open your link on any desktop browser, add it there, and it syncs to your phone on its own. iPhone and Outlook work from the phone.
Your email goes to the coach. Whoever published the programme you’re subscribed to can see your email address, when you last tapped done, and the weights you log. That’s how they know anyone’s training. If you don’t want them emailing you, leave the box unticked. On our sample programmes, nobody is watching: your email is how your link reaches you, nothing more, and we don’t write to you unless you tick the box.
It’s a calendar, not a coach. Nobody’s watching your form. If you’re injured or unsure, that’s a person’s job.
Just show up
Your trainer makes the plan. Your calendar makes it happen.
