The coach publishes a plan
- A coach claims a name and gets a page at yourname.physicalfeed.com, free.
- The coach puts a plan on that page: built in the Studio, read from a spreadsheet, or one of our 123 house programs, as it is or copied and changed.
- A plan is one to 16 weeks of sessions, each session a list of movements with their sets, reps and weights.
- The coach shares the plan’s link, or types a client’s name and email and we mail that client their own link.

The plan is one thing; the tweaks are per calendar
- A plan is shared: every client on it gets the same sessions, each on their own start date and training days.
- Change a session in the plan and every calendar on that plan follows.
- On Free and on Pro, a coach can make a plan and send it to one person, with Send it for me or its link, and it is a plan for one person because only they have it.
- What Pro adds is that the plan can be unlisted, so nobody else finds it on the coach’s page, and that the coach sees that person by name.
- One client’s calendar can be changed without touching the plan: on their row, move it offers Next training day, Tomorrow, Skip it and Shift everything after, and tell them by email.
- On Pro a client can also have a 1:1 check-in in their calendar alone, a message to them alone, and a max per lift that turns a percent in the plan into their own weight.
- For each client a coach keeps a nickname, a private note, their contact and the day they last reached them; none of it enters the client’s calendar.
- What is not done is a different program written for each client.

The client adds it to their calendar
- On the coach’s page the client picks their days and a start, gives their name and email, and ticks the box that says what the coach sees.
- We email them their link, and they add the plan once to Apple, Google, Outlook or any calendar that takes a link.
- There is no app to install, no account and no password.
- Every session then lands on its day, 120 to 180 days ahead, as its own calendar.

What the client does each day
- The client opens the day’s event: the movements, sets, reps and the weight they last lifted are written in it, readable with no signal.
- They train from the event, or open its session page to see each movement drawn, tick sets and log weights.
- They tap Done, or Not today to move the session or skip it with a one-tap reason.
- They can give a movement a thumb up or down.
- Fuel panels are daily habits: eat, drink, sleep, mind, and panels you name, in the calendar.
- On a Fuel plan, each day is one all-day event, and a tap on its page says how it went: Nailed it, Mostly, Partly, Not today.
- A client types numbers and taps choices; there is nowhere to write a note.

What the coach sees, on each plan
- On Free the coach sees counts: how many are training this week, how many have gone quiet, and a row per client with their plan, week and the day they joined.
- On Free a client’s name and the address they gave on the coach’s page are not shown; an address the coach typed in themselves is.
- On Pro the coach sees who did what, by name and email: when each client last trained, what they logged, their history, and who has had no log in 14 days.
- On Pro each client has a bar of four, Calendar, Click, Done and Detail, and a face, both read from the last 14 days.
- On Pro the coach sees each client’s Fuel answers and thumbs; on Free, who is on Fuel and the thumbs in total.
- Every Monday the coach gets a mail of the week: in counts on Free, by name on Pro.

How feedback reaches the client
- The weights a client logs come back in their next event, with the date they lifted them.
- If the coach set a progression rule, the next event shows the weight it comes to.
- A change the coach makes to a plan reaches every calendar on it when that calendar next checks: Apple on the client’s setting, Google usually within a day.
- A coach can send a message that lands in the client’s calendar as an event marked ⚡, up to 3 in any 7 days; the client can answer with a thumb if asked, or stop them with one tap.
- On Pro, an Email link beside a quiet client opens a note to them in the coach’s own mail; we never see it.
- The Monday mail is the coach’s alone; it never goes to a client.
