Billing and cancelling
Pro is US$19 a month, paid through Stripe. Cancel any time; it runs to the end of the paid month.
Upgrade
On your page's Feed tab, the Pro box reads Pro · $19 a month. Press Upgrade.
You pay on Stripe's page. We never see your card number.
Back on your page you see Payment received. Switching coach features on… and then your Pro features.
The terms
Cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. No partial refunds.
Monthly only. Prices are in US dollars.
Manage it
The box then reads Pro · renews and a date. Manage billing opens Stripe's page, where you can:
- change your card
- cancel
Cancel
After you cancel, the box reads Pro · ends and the date. Pro stays on until then.
A failed payment
The box reads Your last payment didn't go through. Press Update card. Pro stays on while Stripe retries, until the end of the period you paid for.
Clients never pay us
Nothing a client receives is behind a payment, on any plan.
