# Billing and cancelling

> Pro is US$19 a month, paid through Stripe. Cancel any time; it runs to the end of the paid month.

## Upgrade

On your page's **Feed** tab, the Pro box reads **Pro · $19 a month**. Press **Upgrade**.

You pay on Stripe's page. We never see your card number.

Back on your page you see **Payment received. Switching coach features on…** and then your Pro features.

## The terms

Cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. No partial refunds.

Monthly only. Prices are in US dollars.

## Manage it

The box then reads **Pro · renews** and a date. **Manage billing** opens Stripe's page, where you can:

- change your card
- cancel

## Cancel

After you cancel, the box reads **Pro · ends** and the date. Pro stays on until then.

## A failed payment

The box reads **Your last payment didn't go through.** Press **Update card**. Pro stays on while Stripe retries, until the end of the period you paid for.

## Clients never pay us

Nothing a client receives is behind a payment, on any plan.
