Live sessions and 1:1s
A call at a set time, with its link, in every client's calendar. Group sessions and 1:1 slots on every plan; private 1:1 check-ins on Pro.
A live session is a call at a set time. It lands in your client's calendar as its own event, beside their workouts, in their time zone, with the link in it.
Add one to a plan
In the studio, under the days, press + Add a live session. Set:
- Kind — a live session for everyone on the plan, or a 1:1 slot
- Day and Time, in your time zone
- Minutes — 15 to 180, in fives. 45 to start.
- Link — a room on Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Whereby, Webex, GoToMeeting, YouTube, Twitch or Discord
- Skip weeks — tick any week with no call
Up to 7 a plan. Save the plan and every calendar on it takes the change.
1:1 slot
A 1:1 slot is one open room that everyone on the plan sees. The event tells them to email you first to take it. It names nobody. Free and Pro.
Private 1:1 check-in
On Pro, open a client's row in Who's training and press + 1:1 check-in. It reaches that client's calendar only. Their plan stays as it is.
Your own calendar
Leave I host this ticked and the call is on your Live check-ins calendar, which you add from your page. Untick it for a session you do not attend live.
Selling them
A plan's price covers its live sessions. See Billing and cancelling.
What it is not
Clients cannot pick a time from your calendar. You set the times.
Calendars show a change when they next refresh. Google will not send an alert.
