Add your plan to your calendar

Get your link by email, then add the plan to Apple, Google, Outlook or anything else.

1. Choose your plan

On your coach's page, open a plan and tap Add to my calendar. Then choose:

Tap Next.

2. Get your link by email

Check what you are getting, then type your email address.

Two boxes sit under it:

We email you your link. Open the email and tap Add to your calendar.

3. Add it

The page you land on shows your plan, its days and its start date.

Tap the button for your calendar. The one that suits your device is first.

iPhone, iPad or Mac

Tap Apple Calendar and follow your device's steps to add it.

Set it to check every hour or sooner. Apple suggests every week. Your last weights come down with each check, so weekly is sessions behind. You can change it later under Get Info.

Google Calendar, on a computer

Google takes four steps:

  1. Open calendar.google.com on a computer.
  2. In the left column, beside Other calendars, click +.
  3. Choose From URL.
  4. Click Click to copy the link on our page, paste it in, then click Add calendar.

There is also a try opening it directly link. It is faster, but Google names the calendar by its web address instead of your plan's name. You can rename it later in Google Calendar's settings.

Android

The Google Calendar app on Android cannot add a calendar from a link.

Add it once from a computer, at calendar.google.com, with the four steps above. After that it shows on your phone by itself.

Outlook

Tap Outlook. It opens Outlook on the web with your plan filled in.

Anything else

Copy the link under the buttons. Paste it into your calendar app where it adds a calendar from a web address.

Keep your link to yourself

Anyone with your calendar link can read your events. Do not post it.

To share the plan, use Share on the session page. That shares the plan's own page, with nothing about you on it.

Before you start

It is a calendar, not a coach or a doctor. Nobody is watching your form. If you are hurt or unsure, ask a professional.
