What physicalfeed does and does not do, one sentence each.

Last changed: 22 October 2026

Data and where it is kept

  • physicalfeed does not offer a business associate agreement (BAA).
  • physicalfeed makes no claim of certification or compliance under any health-information law.
  • Account and client records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and our configuration sets no location hint or jurisdiction for it, so its region is not pinned.
  • Email is sent through Resend, and Cloudflare Turnstile tells people from bots on our forms.
  • We do not sell, rent or share personal information, and there are no ads.
  • Pro is paid through Stripe, and we never see a card number.

AI

  • physicalfeed has no AI feature that a coach or a client uses.
  • Every house program has a named person who approved every prescription in it.

How long we keep things

  • Workout records, Fuel answers, thumbs and the day a client last opened their session page are deleted twelve months after they are made.
  • A client’s email address, their plan’s settings and a coach’s page are kept until someone asks us to delete them.
  • We delete a person’s records when they ask, by email to hello@physicalfeed.com or by post.
  • A coach’s private note on a client, and the links and contact kept beside it, are deleted twelve months after the client’s last plan with that coach ends.
  • A rehab plan stores no client records, and there is no rehab plan in the catalogue today.

What can be typed and uploaded

  • Besides their name and email address, a client types only numbers; every other answer is a tap.
  • Nothing a client types appears in their own calendar.
  • No one can upload a picture or a video, on any plan.
  • physicalfeed has no injury or symptom form; a client with a problem writes to their coach directly.
  • physicalfeed is not medical advice.
  • physicalfeed is for adults, and not for anyone under 18.

Apps, accounts and notifications

  • There is no app to install, and a client has no account and no password.
  • A coach signs in with a link sent by email, never a password.
  • physicalfeed sends no push notifications; sessions arrive when the client’s calendar checks.

Export

  • A client can save their workout history as a CSV file of dates, sessions, movements, sets, weights and skips, from the page their plan’s links open once it has ended.
  • A coach has no file export of client records; what a coach can read is on their page, in the Monday mail and in the calendars they add from their page.

Selling

  • When a coach sells a plan, the sale is made on the coach’s own Stripe account and physicalfeed takes 0%.
  • Stripe’s own fees apply to a coach’s sales, at the rate of the coach’s own Stripe account.

The Fuel statement

A coach agrees to this once, with one button, before their first Fuel plan is saved; the date of that first agreement is kept. Last changed: 21 October 2026.

I wrote this plan or have the right to share it. It is general guidance about food, drink, sleep, the mind and more for people who train, not treatment for any condition. I hold whatever licence my province, state or country asks of me to give it. It names no prescription drug and no performance-enhancing drug.

A client reads this when they add a Fuel plan:

This is general guidance about food, drink, sleep, the mind and more from your coach, not medical advice. If you have a health condition, ask your doctor first.
