Build a plan in the studio

Your own plans, from our drawn movements with your numbers on them. Free on every plan.

The Studio tab is where you write your own plans. A studio plan is a plan like any other: it goes on your page, gets its own /p link on your address, and lands in calendars the same way.

The studio is free.

Days a week is the number of sessions. Changing it adds or removes days below. + Add a day does the same.

A note per week — one line for each week, up to 300 characters. It prints in that week's events, after the house week note.

Each day

Reorder days with ↑ ↓. Remove this day takes one out.

Each movement

Reorder with ↑ ↓. × removes it.

What the week does

Every plan follows the house progression for its length. Week by week:

  1. Introduce
  2. Build
  3. Build
  4. Deload
  5. Push
  6. Push
  7. Peak
  8. Deload and test

A plan longer than 8 weeks runs a second wave of the same shape. Each week can take a set off, keep the sets or add one, and sets a target effort; the week's note prints in that week's events. Replace for program opts a movement out of the change in sets.

One week shape per plan

A studio plan runs at the days a week you chose. Clients pick which days, not how many.

No links in the words

Names, notes and reps cannot hold a web address. Calendar apps turn addresses into links, and the event is not the place for them. Use Session links, or your page.

Save

Save to my feed publishes it to your page, with its own /p link. Edit it later from the studio list or from its card.

What it must use

Every movement is one we have drawn. If you need one that is not drawn, request it in the Library. See The movement picker.
