How to do it
- Lie on the floor face down and place your hands a little wider than your shoulders, level with your chest.
- Push up until your arms are straight and your body makes one line from your heels to your head. This will be your starting position.
- Lower yourself under control until your chest almost touches the floor as you inhale.
- Press back up to the starting position as you breathe out, and repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
