Kettlebell Halo with Overhead Extension
Gear Kettlebell
No photograph for this one — the drawing above is the movement, not a near miss.
How to do it
- Hold a kettlebell upside down by the horns, close to your chest, feet hip-width.
- Circle it up past one ear and around until it sits behind your head, elbows close to your head, and pause there.
- Press it straight up overhead until your arms are extended, then bend the elbows to bring it back behind your head.
- Finish the circle past the other ear and down to your chest. Change the direction of the circle each repetition, and keep your head and hips still.
