How to do it
- Connect a standard handle to a cable tower and move the cable to the highest pulley position.
- Stand side-on to the tower about an arm's length away, with your feet shoulder width apart, and take the handle in both hands with your arms extended up toward the pulley. This will be your starting position.
- In one motion, pull the handle down and across your body toward your front knee, rotating your torso and pivoting your back foot as you go. Keep your back and arms straight.
- Return to the starting position slowly and under control, and repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
- Then turn to face the other way and repeat the same movement on the opposite side.
