How to do it
- Take a shoulder-width overhand grip on a bar and step or hop off the support so your full weight hangs from your hands.
- Let your arms straighten and your shoulders rise toward your ears. Keep your legs long and still, feet together or slightly apart.
- Breathe slowly and hold for the count, then step or drop down under control. Build the hold a few seconds at a time.
