# physicalfeed for people who train

Your plan, in the calendar you already use. Every session is an event with the whole workout: the movements, the sets, the reps and the weights you last logged. No app, no account, no password.

## Adding a plan

1. Pick a plan — from your coach, or one of ours at https://physicalfeed.com/p.
2. Choose how many sessions a week, which days, and the first session.
3. Enter your email. We email you your link.
4. Open the link and add the plan to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

It arrives as its own calendar — its own name, its own colour, its own on/off switch. Removing it leaves everything else untouched.

## Training and logging

The event holds the session. The page linked from it is where you log: tap the sets you did and enter the weights, and they come back in the next session. There is nowhere on physicalfeed to type a note, a message or a symptom, on purpose.

## What it costs

Nothing. Clients never pay us. Each of our 123 plans puts three weeks in your calendar, free. Request a coach to keep going — also free.

## What your coach sees

On the free plan, your coach sees that you are training with them: which plan you are on, the day you joined, and how many of their clients trained this week — not your email address. On Pro, your coach also sees your email address, when you last trained and the weights you logged, with the sets you did and a reason if you skipped, and the day you last opened your session page; a coach who moves to Pro later sees them from then on.

## Limits

- Sessions arrive on your calendar’s schedule. Google refreshes it when it feels like it, often 8–24 hours. Add it today, train tomorrow. Changes to a program show up the same way.
- Android: add it from a desktop. Google Calendar’s phone app can’t add a calendar from a link. Open your link on any desktop browser, add it there, and it syncs to your phone on its own. iPhone and Outlook work from the phone.
- Log on the link, not in the calendar. The calendar shows the session; the link in it is where you log. A calendar added from a link can’t be edited, which is also why yours stays tidy.
