# physicalfeed

physicalfeed puts a training plan in the calendar a person already uses. They add it once — to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook — and every session lands on its day as an event with the whole workout inside it: the movements, the sets, the reps and the weights they last logged. No app, no account, no password.

Coaches publish plans under their own name, on their own page. Free to publish, unlimited clients, no app for their clients.

## Who it is for

- Coaches and personal trainers who want their clients to do the plan, and to see who trained.
- People who want a training plan in their calendar. It works best with a coach.

## How a plan gets into a calendar

1. Pick a plan — on a coach's page, or one of ours at https://physicalfeed.com/p.
2. Choose how many sessions a week, which days, and the first session.
3. Enter your email. We email you your link.
4. Open the link and add the plan to your calendar. It arrives as its own calendar — its own name, its own colour, its own on/off switch. Removing it leaves everything else untouched.
5. On the day, the session is in your calendar. Log your weights on the session's page, linked from the event; they come back in the next session.

## What there is

- 123 plans, two to sixteen weeks long, each approved by a named person. Each of ours puts three weeks in your calendar, free. Request a coach to keep going — also free.
- 846 movements, each drawn from three angles, with steps, cues and the muscles it works: https://physicalfeed.com/m

## What it costs

Clients never pay us. Coaches publish free, with unlimited clients. Pro is US$19 a month for coaches who want to know their clients by name: https://physicalfeed.com/pricing.md

## What it cannot do

Nothing reaches a calendar instantly, and on Android a plan is added from a computer. Read https://physicalfeed.com/limits.md before recommending it.
