# Who's training

> Your list of clients, the Monday note, and alerts. Counts on Free, names on Pro.

Your page's **Feed** tab lists everyone who added one of your plans.

## On every plan

- A count: how many people are training with you, and how many are on Fuel.
- A row per person, with their plan, the week they are on and the day they joined.
- **Invited · not added yet** — people you sent a plan who have not added it. They are never counted as quiet.
- **On Fuel only** — people with a Fuel plan and no workout plan.
- The week in numbers: how many of them trained this week, and how many have gone quiet.
- **Add a name** — your own name for each person. Only you see it.

An address you typed in yourself, to send a plan, is shown on every plan. An address that came through your page shows as **Address on Pro**.

### Move a session

**Next:** on a row shows their next session. **move it** offers next training day, tomorrow, skip it, or shift everything after. Tick **tell them by email** if you want them told. It shows in their calendar when it next checks.

### End a plan

**End this plan** empties their calendar at its next check and stops their link working. **Restore** on the ended row brings it back.

## On Pro

- Each person's address, with one tap to write and one to copy.
- **OK to email** beside the people who ticked it.
- **Last logged**, and a mark on anyone who has gone quiet: no log in 14 days.
- Their latest session on the row, and **Recent sessions** for more.
- Their thumbs: what they like and do not.

A coach who moves to Pro sees these from then on.

## The Monday note

Every Monday at 13:00 UTC we email you a note, if there is something in it:

- training this week, of everyone
- still training at week 4, and at week 8
- who has gone quiet
- who joined

On Free it counts. On Pro it names.

It never arrives empty. Its own link stops it.

## Alerts

Tick **Email me each time someone adds a plan** to hear about each one. Your first is always emailed. Otherwise the Monday note carries who joined.
