# Share a plan

> Post the plan link. Send it for a client by email. Never post a client's calendar link.

## The one link to post

Every plan has a link on your address: **<your name>.physicalfeed.com/p/** and the plan's code.

It carries no client, no name and no weight. It is safe in a caption, a bio or a group chat.

It opens your page with that plan ready to add.

## Client link

On your own page, each plan card has **Client link**. It asks for the days and the start, then offers two ways.

### Send it for me

Type a name and an email for each person. **+ Add another** adds a row, up to 20 at once.

- **Let them pick their own start date** — tick it and the email carries a link to choose a start, instead of a ready calendar.
- Each person gets their own calendar.
- Replies come to your public email. Sending needs one: without one, the page asks you to add it to your profile first.

Only send to people you already train, or who asked you for this.

The email names you first. It also tells them how to stop mail like it.

### Or copy a link

- **Fully formed** — opens with the days and the start already set.
- **Just the plan** — they pick their own days and start.

## What a client does next

They choose days and a start, type their email, and tick the box that says what you may see. We email them their link. See the client guide, [Add your plan to your calendar](https://physicalfeed.com/docs/add-to-calendar.md).

## Never post a calendar link

Each client's calendar link is theirs. Anyone with it can read their events. You never see it, and you should never ask for it.
