# Use the session page

> Tick your sets, log your weights, mark the session done, or move it.

Open it from the link inside any event.

## Tick your sets

Tap a set as you finish it. The bar at the top fills up.

Half a session still counts.

## Log your weights

The weight shown is what you lifted last time. Nudge it up, or type over it.

Switch between **LB** and **KG** at the top. The page remembers your choice.

## See a movement

Tap **▸** beside a movement to see its drawing and steps. Everything stays tucked away until you ask.

## Choices inside a session

- **"or"** — some movements offer an alternative. Pick the one you did.
- **+1** — an extra set your coach offers. Do it or skip it. Skipping it is never a miss.

## Mark session done

Tap **Mark session done** when you finish. It saves what you ticked.

- Did only some sets? The button says how many, such as **Log 3 of 14 sets**. Partial counts.
- Ticked more after saving? Tap again. It replaces what you saved, so a double tap does no harm.

## Your weights come back

Your next event shows the weights you logged, with the date you lifted them.

It arrives when your calendar next checks. See [How fast changes reach your calendar](https://physicalfeed.com/docs/when-changes-arrive.md).

## Not today

Tap **Not today** and pick one:

- **Move to my next training day**
- **Move to tomorrow**
- **Skip this one**
- **Shift everything after** — this session moves to your next training day, and every later one steps back one training day

If the new day already has a session, the page tells you first.

**Skip this one** asks why, with one tap:

- Too sore or too tired
- Life got in the way

Sets you already logged are kept.

## Share

Tap **Share** for two choices:

- **Share my workout** — the plan's page. Nothing about you.
- **Show what I did** — what you ticked, with or without your weights.

## Email this session

- **Email this session to** your coach — your own mail app writes it, and it goes straight to them.
- **Email this session to yourself** — a copy for you.

We never see these emails and never keep a copy.
