# Why your plan is its own calendar

> Your plan arrives as a separate calendar you can read but not edit.

Your plan arrives as its own calendar, beside your others.

It has:

- its own name
- its own colour
- its own on/off switch

Turn it off and your sessions hide. Your other calendars are not touched.

## You cannot edit the events

Every calendar app treats an added calendar as read-only. You can read your sessions. You cannot change or drag them.

That is how calendars work, not a setting we chose.

## Where you change things

On the session page:

- to log what you did, tick your sets and tap **Mark session done**
- to move a session, tap **Not today**

The change shows in your calendar when it next checks for updates.

## Removing it

Removing the calendar leaves everything else in your calendar app as it was. See [Remove your plan](https://physicalfeed.com/docs/remove-plan.md).
